The Power-Back Pivot

Power-Back Pivot is a set of five focused 1:1 sessions.

We reset how you work week-by-week so you feel calmer, clearer, and back in charge of your time in a high-pressure role

• Your week feels crammed with meetings, fixes, and invisible work that no one sees.

You work in a male dominated sector and feel you must prove yourself twice over.

• Seeing what is really driving your stress and overload.
• Cleaning up your calendar and removing low-value tasks and meetings.
• Setting boundaries that feel safe and realistic in your context.
• Building simple scripts for common requests and hard conversations.
• Putting a weekly check-in in place so you do not slide back.

What you leave with:

• A week that feels more spacious and under control.
• Clear language for situations that used to drain you.
• A simple method you can repeat after our sessions end.

• Session length agreed together, usually 60 minutes.
• Light support between sessions by email or WhatsApp.

Momentum Lab

Momentum Lab is a twelve-week 1:1 programme for ambitious women in mid and senior roles who want a clear path forward, stronger presence, and a team that keeps up.

We work on your time, your influence, and how you show up in high-pressure rooms so you can progress without feeling like you have to sacrifice everything else.

Who this is for:

• You already lead a team, a function, or critical projects.
You often sit in rooms where you are one of the few women at your level.
You want to be seen as a key voice, not the safe pair of hands who picks up the slack.
You want to give your team the ability to carry more of the load.
