The Power-Back Pivot

Power-Back Pivot is a series of five focused 1:1 sessions.

We reset how you work week by week so you feel calmer, clearer, and back in charge of your time.

Who this is for:

• You feel close to your limit but you still perform.
• Your week feels crammed with meetings, fixes, and invisible work.
• You want clear steps and support, not a long programme.
• You want to see what it is like to work together before you commit to longer support.

What we focus on:

• Understanding what is really driving your stress and overload.
• Cleaning up your calendar and removing low value tasks.
• Setting boundaries that feel safe and realistic.
• Building simple scripts for hard conversations and requests.
• Putting a weekly check in in place so you do not slide back..

What you leave with:

• A week that feels more spacious and under control.
• Clear language for common situations at work.
• A simple method you can repeat after our sessions end.

Practical details:

• Five 1:1 sessions on Zoom.
• Session length agreed together, usually 60 minutes.
• Light support between sessions by email or WhatsApp.
• Clear goals set at the start and reviewed at the end.

Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab is a twelve-week 1:1 programme for senior women who want a clear path forward, a stronger presence, and a team that keeps up.

We work on your time, your influence, and your leadership identity so you can progress without feeling like you have to sacrifice everything else.

Who this is for:

• You already lead a team or a function.
• You want to be seen as a key voice in senior rooms.
• You want your team to carry more of the load.
• You are ready to commit time and energy to a focused development plan.

What we focus on:

• Clarifying how you want to be seen as a leader.
• Mapping key stakeholders and building stronger relationships.
• Shaping your calendar around high value work and decisions.
• Creating clear rhythms with your team so they deliver without constant chasing.
• Strengthening your confidence in high stakes meetings and conversations.

Absolutely. I work globally via Zoom, and in-person when needed.

We'll work to make that timezone possible.
