It's not always visible

On paper, I had it all figured out:

But here’s what very few noticed:


– Working through illness because I didn’t want to seem weak
– Leading teams while slowly disconnecting from myself

It never looked like collapse to me.


I was a quiet, competent survival mechanism.

My third burnout was dramatic - shingles.

The decision made itself.

I realised I wasn’t willing to keep leading at the cost of myself. And I sure as hell wasn’t willing to keep watching other brilliant, capable people do the same.

So I took everything I knew - strategy, communication, psychology, human performance - and rebuilt my life around one question:
