I know what it is to push until something gives

I’ve burned out three times.

I’ve brought work stress home.

I’ve nearly lost everything I care about.

I know what it is to lie awake replaying meetings, messages, and what you did or did not say.

I also know what it is to rebuild, change how you work, and move forward without losing everything you've built.

Now I coach ambitious women in mid and senior roles in male-dominated sectors to lower stress, rebuild confidence, and free time so you can progress in your career without losing yourself.

You are not broken

You care about your work, your people, and your family.
You carry more than most people see.

You have pushed through busy week after busy week.
You have taken on more responsibility.

You have become the person everyone turns to.

The issue is not your ambition or your ability.

You are working in a system that was not built with you in mind, where you often feel you must provide twice the evidence for the same recognition.

That is the load we work on together.

Why work with me on this as a man

You might be thinking something like:

"Why would I listen to a man about this. You have the gender advantage. You don't know what it is like in my world."

That is a fair question.

My career has been far from linear. I have had to grind from the bottom up, risk a lot, and rebuild more than once.

I didn't grow up in the UK.

I didn't get a leg up to start my career.
I started in the fields and in "dogsbody" roles, learning the unwritten rules of UK workplaces from the ground up.

I built my career in reserved, male-dominated sectors.
I have dealt with micro politics, closed rooms, and the quiet deals.

I know what happens when you keep quiet.
I know what happens when you speak up without support.

Along the way I was led by exceptional women in these sectors.

They showed me what it really takes to:

• Hold your own in male-heavy rooms.
• Stay human while carrying heavy responsibility.
• Keep moving forward without losing yourself.

They didn't just influence me. They mentored me.

Through them I learned the language, timing, and practical moves that actually work in these environments.

I used those lessons to move into roles where I reported to the C-suite, built a six figure business unit from a blank page, and turned around a failing family business.

At the same time I have:

• Backed women for roles and promotions because they were the best person for the job.
• Put their names forward in rooms where they were not present.
• Sat with them after decisions and helped them find their voice, their plan, and their next move.

In many ways, I was coaching long before I ever called it coaching.

Now I formally coach women in mid and senior roles.

We use a mix of coaching and NLP tools to untangle stress, shift the stories that keep them small, and build practical ways of working that hold under pressure.

Clients tell me they sleep better, feel more in control of their week, and speak up more in rooms that used to shut them down.

I will never claim to know exactly what it feels like to walk in your shoes. I do not.

What I bring is:

• Deep respect for what women like you carry.
• A clear view of how male heavy systems work from the inside.
• Years of helping women take up space in those systems without losing themselves.

If you decide to work with me, we work with your reality, not my assumptions.

My story in brief

I started at the bottom, in roles where you do what needs doing. No status. No title. Just getting stuff done.

From there, I moved into commercial roles. Over time, I shifted into leading teams and units.

The highlight was building a six-figure business unit from scratch in a reserved market. I wrote the business plan, got buy-in, hired the team, opened the doors, and proved it could stand on its own.

Later, I stepped into a failing family business. I coached the directors, rebuilt systems, and helped secure a joint venture that protected jobs and the future of the business.

During those years, I was also raising a young family while holding senior responsibility. My schedule was full. My head was full. My body kept the score.

I hit the wall more than once. Each time I changed how I worked, learned new tools, and rebuilt with better systems instead of more willpower.

The work I do now is built on those lessons, plus formal training in coaching and NLP.

Why I do this work

I see smart, capable women hold organisations together while doubting themselves in private.

They sit in rooms where their voice should carry more weight.
They stay late to make sure things do not fall apart.

They lie awake at night going over decisions and conversations.

Many tell themselves they will let the work speak.
They wait for things to calm down.
They wait for someone to notice.

It rarely changes on its own.

They do not need more online advice telling them to be confident.

They need practical support, clear language, and a plan that fits a real job and a real life.

That is why I coach ambitious women on stress, confidence, and time.

How I work

I use the PLAN Method and apply it to your real week.

P - Prioritise
We decide what really matters now, so you can stop trying to fix everything.

L - Limit
We protect your time and reduce low-value work with scripts, boundaries, and small system changes.

A - Amplify
We work on how you speak, ask, and update so people take you seriously and act on what you say.

N - Nourish
We build simple habits that help your mind and body reset so you can show up sharp without running on fumes.

You get a mix of coaching, practical tools, NLP techniques where they help, and short moves you can use in real meetings.

Every session ends with specific actions, not vague reflections.

What I bring you

On paper you see:

• MBA and management training, including a CMI fellowship.
• Sales and negotiation experience in complex, male heavy environments.
• Coaching and NLP qualifications, used in a grounded, practical way.

In practice what you get is:

• Clear thinking in the middle of a messy week.
• Simple systems that hold up under pressure.
• Straight, honest feedback.
• A calm partner who will challenge you without judging you.

What I believe for you

• Your ambition is an asset, not a problem.
• Your stress is a signal, not a personal failure.
• Confidence grows through small, repeated actions, not empty hype.
• You can progress in your career and still have a life you recognise.
• You do not have to do this alone.

If you recognise yourself in this, we should talk.

We all have questions, here are some FAQs

Can you really understand my experience as a woman in a male-dominated sector?

I will never claim to know exactly what it feels like to be a woman in your position. I don't have that lived experience. What I do have is years of working in male-dominated sectors, being led and mentored by women in those environments, and coaching women as they navigate the same rooms and pressures you describe. My role is to listen carefully, name what I see in the system around you, and work with you to find moves that feel safe and real for you.

Do I need a leadership title to work with you?

No. You do not need a formal leadership title. If you are in a mid or senior role, carry real responsibility, and feel the load of decisions, people, and pressure, then this work is for you.

What if I have never worked with a coach before?

That is very common. It's key to know that we will use the first call to see if we are a good fit for each other. I explain how I work, you bring what is going on in your world, and we decide together whether coaching with me is the right next step - if it's not, we part ways and you have next steps. You can ask anything. There is truly no pressure, and I know many say that, but I live it.

How do sessions work in practice?

Sessions are usually 60 minutes on Zoom, or in person (depending on our agreement). We start with what is happening in your week, then we work on one or two key shifts that will make a real difference. You leave with clear actions and short techniques to try. Between sessions, you can reach out by email or WhatsApp for light support.

Can I work with you if I am outside the UK?

Yes. I work globally via Zoom and sometimes in person when timing and location allow. We will agree on times that work with you and your timezone.
