On paper, I had it all figured out:
– Multi-sector success in academia, agtech, and commercial strategy
– Leadership roles across high-stakes, high-growth environments
– An MBA and deep experience leading change, teams, and transitions
But here’s what very few noticed:
– Working through illness because I didn’t want to seem weak
– Leading teams while slowly disconnecting from myself
– Coming home with nothing left in the tank for the people I loved
It never looked like collapse to me.
I was a quiet, competent survival mechanism.
